How to permanently delete your Scanomy account
Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

How to Delete Your Account
Open the Scanomy App
Launch the Scanomy application on your mobile device.
Go to Profile Tab
Navigate to the "Profile" tab, usually located in the bottom navigation bar.
Find "Delete Account" Option
Scroll down in your profile settings to find the "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion" option.
Confirm Deletion
Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion. You may be asked to enter your password or confirm via email.
What Will Be Deleted
Personal Data
- All your receipts and purchase data
- Receipt photos and images
- Spending analytics and insights
- Account profile information
App Settings
- App preferences and settings
- Custom categories and tags
- Export history and backups
- Subscription and billing history
Deletion Timeline
Immediate
Account access is immediately disabled and you can no longer log in.
Within 7 Days
All personal data is removed from active systems and marked for deletion.
Within 30 Days
Complete data purge from all servers and backup systems is finalized.
Before You Delete
Consider These Alternatives
- Export your data: Download your receipts and spending data before deletion
- Contact support: We may be able to resolve any issues you're experiencing
- Temporary break: Simply stop using the app without deleting your account
