Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Scanomy for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title

You may not use the materials for commercial purposes

The materials on Scanomy are provided on an 'as is' basis. Scanomy makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Scanomy has an age rating of 4+ and is designed to be suitable for users of all ages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Upload malicious code or content that could harm the App

5. Subscription Services

Scanomy offers both free and premium subscription services. Premium features require a paid subscription, which will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by Yaroslav Andriichuk and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App.

10. Governing Law and Availability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Scanomy is available worldwide in all countries where the App Store and Google Play Store operate. However, some features may not be available in all jurisdictions due to local laws or regulations.
